THE HIGH PERFORMING WORKPLACE INDEX REPORT
The High Performing Workplace Index is an academically validated and multi-disciplinary research method developed in collaboration between Australian universities, public and private organisations, policy makers and industry associations over a 5 year period.
The methodology is unique in that it captures employee voices across 4 levels of staff: senior executives, middle managers, front line managers and non-managerial employees. The High Performing Workplace Index has proven to have significant power in predicting financial performance. The project findings were launched at the Prime Minister's Future Job Forum in October 2011. |
